For bookings of 2.5 weeks, departure is postponed by one week in each case, the day of departure is identical.
Staying longer pays off! With a three-week stay, your average daily rental rate drops by around 10% compared to a one-week stay. That makes relaxing and enjoying a log cabin in nature all the more delightful.

Arrival is possible from 3 pm, departure must be by 10 am at the latest. Since the key is stored in a key box that you can open with a code (which you'll receive shortly before your trip), you have the flexibility to arrive later or leave earlier. In this case, however, the prices remain unchanged.
The rental price includes the use of firewood, water (including carbonated Steinbachsee water directly from the tap), and household electricity. Use of the electric vehicle charging station is billed per kWh.
The prices are based on an occupancy of up to 4 persons. Each additional person pays 15 € per night (maximum occupancy: 8 persons). The sofa set in the library can be converted into a sofa bed with a proper mattress for up to two people upon request. For babies, we are happy to provide an additional wooden crib and a high chair.
The flat fee for the final cleaning is 130 €, regardless of the length of stay.
Due to the high standard of Steinbach See Village, a deposit of 500 € is required.
After booking, a deposit of 30% of the rental amount must be paid within 5 working days. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 2 months before the start of the rental period. If the booking is made less than 2 months before the start of the holiday, the entire rental amount is due immediately.
In the event of cancellation more than two months before the start of the rental period, a fee of 30% of the rental amount (excluding final cleaning costs) will be charged. In the event of cancellation less than two months before the start of the rental period, 90% of the rental amount (excluding final cleaning costs) is due.
In cooperation with the Bock Insurance Office in Morbach, we offer you the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance. Hans-Werner and Edwin Bock will be happy to assist you and provide a personalized offer.
The houses are always handed over freshly cleaned. In addition, we prepare everything so that your relaxation can begin immediately:
Traveling by car is recommended, as Langweiler is well connected. Two parking spaces each are available at the houses of Steinbach See Village.
If you are travelling from the north or north-east, you can use the Moselle bridge ‘Hochmoselübergang B50 at Zeltingen-Rachtig’ to shorten your journey.
You can travel comfortably by train to Idar-Oberstein station. From there, you can reach Steinbach See Village in Langweiler by taxi or bus. Bus route 849 stops in Langweiler, which starts in Idar-Oberstein and ends in Allenbach (or vice versa). Disadvantage: the bus route is not very frequent.
The National Park bus route 845 runs almost every hour to Idar-Oberstein and Morbach. If you would like to visit the National Park by bus, you can change to the National Park express bus route 800 in Allenbach, for example.
Tip: Use the bus connections for hikes in one direction - for example on the Saar-Hunsrück Climb - and return comfortably by bus.
